Wrong order placements or double order placements can occur. In this case, please contact our Customer Service Team and ask for a RETURN No. (RMA No.). If the goods are still in an unopened, original packaging and are returned over y a carrier of your choice free of charge for AIS GmbH, we will accept your return subject to the deduction of a fee for technical inspections costs (up to 20 %)
Please never use the original packaging of the product as despatch packaging. To avoid your return not being processed, please mark the RMA No. clearly on the OUTSIDE of the return package; otherwise it will not be possible to process your return. The deadline for filing a complaint is 8 (eight) days. Swift and efficient – simply call us or send us an e-mail.
